Can I mix different Antminer models in one bulk order?

Yes — mixed-model orders qualify for the combined unit count tier. For example, 15× S21 Pro + 10× S21 200T = 25 units total = Tier 3 (8% discount) applied to both models at their respective list prices.
How quickly can you ship a large bulk order?

For in-stock models, we dispatch within 48 hours of payment confirmation. For large orders (50+ units), we may schedule phased shipping to ensure careful packaging and tracking. Custom orders requiring sourcing may take 1–3 weeks from order confirmation.
Do you offer Net 30 or payment terms?

Net 30 is available for orders qualifying for Tier 3 (25+ units) with an established business account. Enterprise orders (500+ units) can negotiate custom payment schedules including 50% deposit / 50% on delivery. Contact our fleet team to discuss your specific situation.
Are warranty terms the same for bulk orders?

Yes — all new Antminers carry Bitmain’s 365-day manufacturer warranty regardless of quantity. We handle all warranty claims in-house for bulk customers, with priority processing for Tier 3+ orders. Replacement units are drawn from our warehouse stock for faster resolution.
Do you deliver to mining facilities / data centers directly?

For Tier 4 and 5 orders, we can arrange palletized LTL or full truckload (FTL) delivery directly to your mining facility, data center, or colocation provider. Provide the delivery address and any dock/access requirements when submitting your RFQ and we’ll include freight pricing in your quote.
Can I buy used/refurbished Antminers in bulk?

Yes — we maintain inventory of certified pre-owned Antminers (primarily S19 XP, S19j Pro, and S21 series). Bulk used orders carry our 90-day in-house warranty. Prices and availability vary by model and market conditions. Submit an RFQ specifying “certified pre-owned” in your notes for current availability and pricing.
What payment methods are accepted for bulk orders?

We accept wire transfer (ACH / SWIFT), cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC), and credit card for orders under $50,000. Crypto payment is available for all order sizes and often results in the fastest processing. For Net 30 terms, ACH bank transfer is required with a completed credit application.
Can I get a sample unit before committing to a large order?

Absolutely — we encourage it for large orders. Purchase a single unit at standard retail price, test it in your environment for up to 7 days, and if satisfied, submit your bulk RFQ. We’ll honor the bulk discount retroactively on the single unit if you proceed with a qualifying bulk order within 30 days.
