Yes — we ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 1–3 additional business days compared to standard continental US windows. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for AK and HI.
What is the advantage of shipping from Delaware?

Delaware has no sales or use tax (0% SUT). Ordering from our Delaware warehouse means you pay zero sales tax on your Antminer purchase — saving you 7–10% versus buying from a tax-collecting state. You can ship from Delaware to any US state, or pick up in person.
Is my shipment insured against damage?

Yes — every BitmainShop.us shipment is insured to the full declared value of your order. If your miner arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we file the claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. You are covered 100%.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Yes — adult signature is required on delivery for all Antminer shipments. This is for your protection. The carrier will not leave the package without a signature. If you miss the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at a local facility.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

Yes. Warehouse pickup is free and available from our Los Angeles (CA), Delaware, and Houston (TX) locations. Contact us in advance to schedule your pickup date and time. Bring valid ID matching your order. TX pickup incurs 8% SUT; Delaware pickup is 0% SUT.
What happens if my miner arrives damaged?

Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard any packaging — we need it for the insurance claim. Our team will open a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement unit or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days of claim approval.
Do you ship internationally?

BitmainShop.us primarily serves the US market with US warehouse stock. International shipping is available via DHL Express on request. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes in their country. Contact us for a custom international shipping quote.
How do bulk order shipments work?

Orders of 10+ units may ship on a freight pallet via LTL carrier for better rates and safer transit of large quantities. We provide a liftgate service quote and coordinate delivery scheduling with you. Custom freight rates are available for 50+ unit orders. Contact our bulk team for details.
